FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS BUSINESS OF FRESHWATER FISHES FISHES IN THE SEED POWERED KEPANJEN, MALANG, EAST JAVA

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to investigate an establishment run by government agencies and marine fisheries department of East Java on the technical implementation units Kepanjen Fish Seed Center. Based on existing theories mentioned feasibility study is an activity to learn in depth about a business that will be executed, in order to determine whether competent or not such business is run. To achieve what is expected of a business, so before we make decisions to invest, first we need to analyze all aspects of a feasibility study, which generally include market analysis, technical analysis, financial analysis and profitability analysis of the social. Analysis of short-term gains such as analysis, R / C Ratio, Break Event Point Analysis and Profitability analysis. Long-term analysis carried out if the project is running more than one year. This long-term analysis includes analyzing the Benefit Cost Ratio, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and payback periods (PP). The fact of the previous research meyatakan Role of Fish Seed Center (BBI) Kuala Barito regency of South Kalimantan Province Of Business Raising Fish in Ponds shows that there are still fish pembididaya buy seeds for their efforts outside the region, while for the monitoring and supervision on the fishery business people (UPR) of the Fish Seed Center (BBI) there has been no implementation of activities that lead to coaching. The goal is to find technical aspects, management aspects, market aspects, financial aspects of economic and social aspects. The method used short-term feasibility analysis using analysis of advantages, R / C ratio is an analysis tool to see the level of profitability of a business within one year from the cost of which is used in these activities., Break Event Point is an analytical technique to study the relationship between costs variable costs, fixed costs, profits and volume of activity and profitability of a company shows a comparison between income or capital assets that produce income, the long-term feasibility analysis using the Benefit Cost Ratio, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period Data analysis using descriptive analysis of quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis, the research method used is descriptive method with case study research techniques, sampling methods using clusters (groups). Based on the results of the feasibility study on seed Kepanjen Fish can be feasible for implementation. This is based on the technical aspects and management aspects that are appropriate, aspects of the market that has substantial opportunity for seed production, the financial aspect of this business has been profitable from the calculation of both short term and long jengka, economic and social aspects which have helped local income.
