On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, in the meeting room on the second floor of the Main Building of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences at Universitas Brawijaya (FFMS UB), held an event of of PENDAPA (Integrated Digital Office) application socialization and training by the Directorate of Information Technology (DTI) UB. The event was attended by FFMS UB leaders from various units and departments, as well as speakers from DTI led by Secretary of DTI, Moch. Alfan Choirudin, S.Sos.

Alfan Choirudin said that the importance of adjusting the use of the application related to Official Correspondence in accordance with the needs of organizing a State Legal University, Universitas Brawijaya. This aligns with the Rector’s Decree number 89 regarding Official Correspondence, which emphasizes the necessity of using efficient applications in line with current technological developments.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Maftuch, M.Si., the Dean of FFMS UB, also expressed appreciation for the visit from the DTI team. He conveyed gratitude for the efforts in developing the new application, PENDAPA, which is expected to enhance administrative efficiency within the FFMS UB environment. PENDAPA is intended to improve upon the previous application, Smart & Collaborative Office (SCO), to support more effective and integrated work processes.

In this event, invited participants from various units and departments received training and guidance on using the PENDAPA application from DTI speakers, such as Muhammad Imron Hamdani, S.E., M.M. as the Office Application Manager, and Thusti Dwi Purnami, A.Md. as the Programmer. It is hoped that with this assistance, the use of the PENDAPA application will be smoother and more effective, allowing administrative processes at FPIK UB to run efficiently and in line with the university’s vision and mission.
