  1. Pengajuan Tidak Menerima Beasiswa Lain
  2. Pengajuan Surat Rekomendasi Beasiswa
  3. Permohonan Surat Dispensasi Kuliah untuk Kegiatan Kemahasiswaan/Lomba
  4. Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah
  5. Surat Rekomendasi Kegiatan MBKM
  6. Pengajuan Surat Tugas Dosen Pembimbing Lomba
  7. Permohonan Magang Mandiri (Non SKS)
  8. Surat Persetujuan KPS untuk Mendaftar MBKM
