6 Areas of Change in the Zone of Integrity
Integrity Zone is a predicate given to government agencies that are committed to realizing a corruption-free area (WBK) and a clean and serving bureaucratic area (WBBM) through bureaucratic reform efforts. The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FFMS) Universitas Brawijaya fully supports the implementation of the Integrity Zone as part of efforts to create better, more transparent, accountable, and corruption-free governance. Through the implementation of 6 areas of change, FFMS UB is committed to building a professional bureaucratic system and providing excellent public services. The six areas of change are the basis for transformation towards more transparent, accountable, and service-oriented governance.
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Aims to change the mindset and work culture of civil servants to be more adaptive to bureaucratic reform and able to provide better public services.
- MANAGEMENT ARRANGEMENT: Focus on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational procedures by implementing a digitalization system, so that services can run more transparently and accountably.
- HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ARRANGEMENT: Improving the quality of human resources through a selection system, performance evaluation, and continuous competency development.
- STRENGTHENING ACCOUNTABILITY: Strengthening the performance accountability system so that every task and responsibility of the apparatus can be measured transparently and on target.
- STRENGTHENING SUPERVISION : Establishing a strict supervision mechanism to reduce the potential for deviations in the implementation of tasks, as well as increasing public participation in supervision.
- IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES: Focusing on improving access and quality of public services by utilizing technology and innovation in services that are easily accessible to the public.
Complaint Handling and Gratification Control (TP3G)
The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences has a Complaint Handling and Gratification Control Team (TP3G) which has been appointed by the Dean. The Complaint Handling and Gratification Control Team (TP3G) of FFMS Universitas Brawijaya is tasked with:
- Handling public reports regarding alleged irregularities, service complaints, and indications of gratification.
- Manage and respond to every complaint quickly, professionally, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Providing socialization and education about the dangers of gratification and how to report it safely and confidentially.

Whistleblowing System UB
The Whistleblowing System of Universitas Brawijaya is a mechanism provided to report alleged violations of the law, code of ethics, or inappropriate behavior committed by academics or employees. Reporting is carried out with a guarantee of confidentiality of the reporter’s identity, in order to encourage the realization of a clean and integrated government . UB Care
UB Care is a service platform developed by Universitas Brawijaya to support public services, complaints, and information digitally. UB Care is here to provide fast and precise solutions for the community and UB academic community in conveying complaints, requests for information, and suggestions.

Public Information
Public information within the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences must be provided and announced periodically.
PPID UB
PPID UB is responsible for managing and providing public information in accordance with the principle of openness of information. PPID ensures that Universitas Brawijaya information is available, easily accessible, and delivered accurately. Gratification Control Unit (UPG) / Gratification Complaints
The Gratification Control Unit (UPG) of Brawijaya University is tasked with managing and handling gratification reports in accordance with applicable regulations. UPG plays a role in ensuring that all academics understand and comply with the rules related to gratification to create a clean, transparent, and corruption-free environment.
